Kettlebells are incredibly effective, multi-functional tools that improve various aspects of fitness, such as strength, power, endurance and flexibility. Their versatility makes them the perfect tool for personal trainers. The course will teach you basic movement patterns and essential techniques required to teach clients/classes safely and effectively.
The course can be completed on a full-time basis over 2 days. On successful completion you will achieve 16 REP’s CPD points.
NOTE! Students require a Level 2 qualification to attend this course. Our Professional Fitness & Group Exercise Instructor qualification may be a better option if you’re not Level 2 certified.
