A Pegasus Advanced Diploma in Personal Training and Group Exercise enhances the ‘Gold standard’ original Level 3 Diploma by adding highly desirable studio based qualifications to your skill-set.
In addition to gaining the essential certification required to embark on a career in the fitness industry (Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer), you will complete the Level 2 Studio Cycling, Circuit Training, Kettlebell and Suspension Training qualifications.
The course can be completed on a full-time basis over 8 weeks or choose our unique blended learning option. This totally flexible education experience allows you to tailor learning around your schedule, combining home study, online learning and practical workshops over a bespoke period of time.
Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (2 weeks)
Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (4 weeks)
Level 2 Certificate in Kettlebell Training (2 days)
Kettlebells are incredibly effective, multi-functional tools that improve various aspects of fitness, such as strength, power, endurance and flexibility.
Level 2 Certificate in Suspended Movement Training (2 days)
You will be exposed to a variety of exercises across the five fundamental human movement patterns, allowing creation of stimulating suspension workouts and incorporation of this exciting training tool alongside other training modalities.
Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
First Aid training is a compulsory requirement for all instructors. The qualification will help to ensure the safety of your clients and colleagues and massively increase your employability.
