Build on the essential Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification with highly desirable studio based skills. This will greatly enhance your prospects of gaining employment in the health and fitness industry gaining Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Studio Cycling and Circuit Training qualifications.

The course can be completed on a full-time basis over 14 days or choose our unique blended learning option. This totally flexible education experience allows you to tailor learning around your schedule, combining home study, online learning and practical workshops over a bespoke period of time.

On successful completion you will be eligible for Level 2 status on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s) and achieve 46 REP’s CPD points.

Develop your ability to design and plan your own studio cycling classes, including appropriate warm-ups and cool-downs.

Level 2 Certificate in Circuit Training (2 days)

Learn a variety of circuit training techniques including progressions and adaptations, and appropriate warm-up sand cool-down routines.
